Top up can be done by contacting CS and later CS will ask for some security confirmation before you can do Top up

  1. Pulse Credit
    Enter your mobile number, make sure the number you entered is correct, please select the desired number (sometimes there are some incomplete products in nominal options because there is a possibility that they are not available)

  2. Data Package
    Enter your mobile number, make sure the number you entered is correct, please select the desired number (sometimes there are some incomplete products in nominal options because there is a possibility that they are not available)

  3. PLN Post Paid or Pre Paid
    Enter your PLN / Electrical Meter Number and your cellphone number, for PLN Prepaid (Token) you will be directed to the nominal selection desired

  4.  PDAM
    Enter your PDAM Meter Number and your cellphone number.

  5. Mandiri E-Toll & BNI Tap Cash
    For E-Toll Mandiri & Tap Cash BNI categories, enter the 16 numbers listed on the back of the card, after success, bring your E-Toll Mandiri card or Tap Cash BNI to the nearest bank ATM for synchronization so that the deposit you pay goes to balance on your card.

  6. Game Category ( Mobile legend )
    For Mobile Legend products, you are required to enter No. Your Account ID (how to find out the Account ID you can by going to the game and profile page, your Account ID contains 12 or 13 digits. Enter ONLY the number without having to include parentheses as in your game profile.

After the transaction is complete, please access to the transaction history section column, the PLN token number is in the far right column

If the purchase of your credit status is “in the process of the operator”, then the purchase of your credit is in process. Please wait for a maximum of 1 × 24 hours until your purchase status becomes successful or fails. If the credit purchase fails, your funds will be returned to your Easypay Balance automatically.

You can access your WEBPOS and go to transaction history column

You need to make sure to before making a payment / transaction because if the transaction is successful it cannot be refunded, the problem is different if the transaction fails.

Products in Easypay include: Pulse Credit, Data Package, PLN payment (Monthly and Tokens) PDAM (Palyja, Aetra, Bogor, Bali), Games, E-Toll Mandiri, Tap Cash BNI, OVO, Grab Pay Customers, Go Pay Customer. Other products are in the process of processing applications and need some time until they are ready to be sold at Easypay.

You can sell a variety of daily necessity products where the availability of these products in Easypay greatly facilitates your activities because there is no need to go to each of the relevant agencies / offices to make payments.

If the product is closed, it will not appear on the screen / product category, so you will not be able to do transaction automatically.
